Paxil – true “champion” effective therapy of depression

Anxiety – an integral component of the clinical picture of mental, neurological and somatic disorders. As a clinical phenomenon of psychopathology, it is closely linked with other symptoms and, as a rule, most determines the level of psychosocial maladjustment.

The central place among the anxious-phobic disorders is panic disorder. Over a lifetime, 10-20% of the population carries one or more panic attacks. Panic attack – suddenly appearing and rapidly, within minutes, increasing symptom of autonomic disorders (shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness), combined with a sense of impending death, fear of loss of consciousness, loss of control. The duration of panic attacks is variable, averaging about 30 minutes.
